Weapons course  - Sunday 8th 15th  22nd 29th (four week course)

Open to all our membership regardless of age and grade!! simply not to be missed!!!

2 hour session 10am to 12pm

!0 to 11 am Jo staff 11 to 12pm Bo staff. The extra hour before and after the main session is for assisted practice time.  

Please ensure you all arrive to start  at 10am sharp!

18th Weapons class part 1 second set.(open to all our membership regarless of age grade)

25th Instructor training (Part 1) Open to green belts and above.

15th Weapons class part 2 second set ( open to all grades regardless of age or grade).
